About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service
- Execute scheduled store visits according to DSD Merchandising Principles
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays according to negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
- Lift, bend, push, pull, and move products from stockrooms to sales floors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location, Excelsior Springs, MO
- Open availability on Saturday or Sunday is required
- Ability to work 20 hours per week
- Must start at 07:00 AM
