Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals
- Own forecasting, business reviews, KPI reporting, pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis
- Translate business priorities into practical workflows, metrics, and execution plans
- Lead complex analyses and cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation
- Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and process scalability
- Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and drive actionable recommendations

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data and processes to business outcomes
- Experience building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred
- The applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
