Key responsibilities & impact- Operate highly available and business-critical ServiceNow applications and connected systems
- Act as a point of contact for customers
- Regularly take responsibility for the technical hotline to ensure smooth 24/7 operation of the instances
- Independently plan and implement changes in accordance with ITIL
- Resolve incidents and problems and derive measures for sustainable problem resolution

Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification
- Proficient in Linux
- In-depth knowledge of common network protocols: IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, and FTP
- Strong commitment to quality, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Interest in Debian, Terraform, Bash, Python, Java web services, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga2, Ansible, AWX, and GitLab CI/CD
