Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical design and delivery of banking features that scale with the growing customer base and support a seamless mobile experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering, including technical leadership of projects or teams
Proven success designing, building, and scaling production-grade APIs and distributed systems, ideally in banking, payments, or other regulated financial services
Experience with sensitive financial data and money movement systems, such as ledgers, account management, ACH, or card processing
Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript or similar modern backend frameworks
Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS
Experience with mobile or user-facing applications, ideally React Native, is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions across teams
Drive and proactivity
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
