Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure donations are processed in the CRM daily
- Process ACH and DAF gifts into the CRM
- Process daily online transaction disbursements from Luminate Online to the CRM
- Import gifts into the CRM from online and offline sources, including CDS Global, FundraiseUp, and Benevity
- Adjust gift coding, including soft credits, tributes, and memorials
- Reconcile cash disbursements with revenue across fundraising disbursement platforms
- Monitor FundraiseUp, Blackbaud Merchant Services, PayPal, and other fundraising disbursement platforms
- Support Community, Building & Growth team fundraising goals
- Ensure CRM gift coding meets organizational reporting needs and follows data hygiene best practices
- Provide channel-level reporting for monthly, annual, and long-range goals
- Provide donor materials for proposals and agreements
- Ensure matching gifts and tributes are accurately reflected in the CRM
- Assist the Finance team with month-end close
- Perform revenue reconciliation, CRM and ERP reconciliation, and net contribution reporting
- Support special projects
- Collaborate with Business Operations, Community, Building & Growth, and Program Management teams to implement new tools, AI capabilities, reporting, insights, and analysis
- Identify and recommend revenue management operational efficiencies and implement approved changes
- Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures for gift and revenue management processes
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited university preferably in Finance, Data Systems, Accounting or Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Preferred years of experience are 3+ years of relevant work experience including 2+ years in the non-profit space
- Prior Salesforce, Luminate Online or similar non-profit system experience strongly preferred
- Experience efficiently and accurately processing a high volume of offline and online gifts each day (over 5,000 gifts per month)
- Experience improving integration and import processes of donor data into a CRM
- Experience with revenue reconciliation and month-end close
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize activities and schedules to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
