About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise, plan, and coordinate the activities of the operational accounting team, including Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, or Accounts Payable functions
- Ensure team performance aligns with client objectives, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures
- Monitor daily operations and provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to drive efficiency and service excellence
- Ensure month-end close activities are completed accurately and within established timelines in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit Administration, or related accounting functions
- Team supervision experience
- Advanced English
