About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare scopes and estimates for reconstruction and emergency services
- Scope losses and create estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
- Create estimates from 3D scans and Project Director scopes
- Secure projects
- Collaborate with clients to gain estimate and invoice approval
- Meet all service standards set by the client or company
- Utilize the internal review process
- Ensure each project achieves the minimum gross profit margin set by company standards
- Complete estimates within 24 hours of assignment
- Communicate and document change orders and insurance supplements
- Participate in an on-call schedule
- Work primarily in-office initially for training, onboarding, and team integration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Ability to learn and operate RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, MICA and additional systems as requested
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to work safely within hazardous environments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 80% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer
- Must currently reside in Ohio or plan to relocate to Ohio
