About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce high quality construction documents per PBK standards
- Participate in all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
- Report to the Project Manager
- Oversee the performance and assignments of the production team and junior staff
- Direct and coordinate production of construction documents and specifications
- Organize and direct architectural and/or engineering teams
- Ensure projects meet client budget goals and schedules
- Coordinate with government agencies and utility companies and resolve plan check and approval issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes
- Support the Project Manager, Production Director, and/or Client Executive in supervising project staff
- Establish budgets, task schedules, and work-plan components with the Project Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a Registered Architect in your state of residence
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required
- 5+ years of professional experience preferred
- Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required
