Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technology discipline, or equivalent on-the-job training
Willingness to learn new technologies and domains, including R, data science, and agentic AI cloud applications
3-5 years of relevant full-stack software development experience
Experience developing, maintaining, and testing software following industry best practices
Experience with highly available, highly concurrent cloud-based web applications
Experience working in an Agile environment
Desire to expand knowledge in many development languages, applications, and tools
Ability to think technically and analytically
Ability to understand the philosophy of architecture
Ability to assimilate information, distill knowledge, apply experience, and provide solution alternatives and recommendations
Strong time management skills, including working well under pressure, planning, setting priorities, adapting to change, and meeting established timelines
Self-starter and detail-oriented
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work and excel within a team
Some background in statistics is not required but is a big plus
