About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead internal communications workstreams for change initiatives, leadership messaging, and employee engagement programs
  • Develop communication strategies, message maps, and content plans aligned to firm priorities and internal stakeholder needs
  • Manage project timelines, work allocation, and deliverables across multiple communications activities
  • Draft and edit executive communications, intranet content, presentations, talking points, and campaign materials
  • Analyze audience feedback, change impact, and communication performance to refine channel and content approaches
  • Use digital communication tools and collaboration platforms to distribute messages and track campaign progress
  • Coach team members on content development, stakeholder communications, and delivery methods
  • Coordinate with business leaders to translate complex updates into clear, targeted internal messaging
  • Identify process improvements that strengthen communications planning, workflow management, and message consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in roles involving internal and external corporate communications or PwC experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric
  • Demonstrating internal communications strategy development for complex organizations
  • Writing executive messages, speeches, and change communication content
  • Guiding managers through communication planning and message alignment
  • Applying change management concepts in employee communications
  • Managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables with accuracy
  • Using digital communication tools and AI-enabled content workflows
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC policy
