Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability for meetings and impromptu communication during Quora's coordination hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm Pacific Time
- 2025 or 2026 graduate with or pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design through coursework or practical experience
- Experience with Python or a similar programming language, or ability to learn quickly
- Previous software engineering experience via an internship, work experience, and/or coding competition preferred
- Familiarity with Python, React, TypeScript, and/or SQL preferred
- Passion for Quora's mission and goals preferred
- Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience exploring AI tools or building AI-powered projects preferred
- Must undergo identity verification and a comprehensive background check prior to onboarding
- Must be legally authorized to work in the selected employment-eligible country
- Must disclose whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
