Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience driving cross-functional collaboration to solve organization-wide technical problems and aligning disparate engineering efforts
- Deep expertise in software operations, performance tuning, scalability, cybersecurity best practices, and modern software development tooling
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technical challenges and establish Roche-wide best practices from code to production
- Strong capability to remove obstacles for technical teams, advocate for code quality and operational excellence, and enhance software validation and quality management practices
- Essential technical skills: MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
