Key responsibilities & impact- Bring new programs and product offerings to life and enhance current products in the Digital Pharmacy Care Management business
- Lead requirements gathering and document product solutions
- Manage enhancement implementations from concept to execution
- Collaborate with Product Development and Delivery, Data Services, Analytics, Product Directors, Product Managers, Client Program Operations, and key stakeholders
- Define and document program requirements through specifications, process maps, and other materials
- Support implementation of new programs, including scope definition, requirements assessment, level of effort, dependencies, and timelines
- Ensure documented requirements account for HIPAA and regulatory compliance considerations
- Define program configurations and execute them to meet client needs
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the RxAnte product suite and supported programs
- Create user acceptance test cases, lead test coordination, and execute test cases
- Develop training materials and communications for change management
- Review and triage inbound product development and enhancement requests to the appropriate Product owner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, mathematics, healthcare administration, communications or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience with experience in healthcare
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments without waiting to be given a framework
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled at planning and driving cross-functional projects forward, balancing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations
- Exceptional ability to work across an organization to achieve strategic goals
- Understanding of product software delivery life cycles
- Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms
- Proficiency in SQL or Excel
- Understanding of business problems or research questions and data analysis and interpretation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Preferred: experience in tech-enabled healthcare services, digital health, or health plan, provider, or pharmacy operations
- Preferred: experience with Business Intelligence tools and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)
- Preferred: background in high-growth, venture-backed, or startup environments
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies
