Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years as a hands-on engineer in software, data or applied AI, including technical ownership of complex production deployments
- Strong Python, fluent SQL and enough TypeScript to contribute across the stack
- Experience shipping LLM-based solutions to production, evaluating their behaviour and designing around their limitations in real workflows
- Solid grounding in APIs, data modelling, storage and pipelines
- Practical experience with cloud services and infrastructure as code
- Strong engineering habits around code review, automated testing and CI/CD
- Judgement to make architecture decisions and guide other engineers
- Comfort in unfamiliar client environments, clarifying ambiguous requirements and discussing scope, commitments and trade-offs with senior stakeholders
- Commercial sense and focus on operational and financial results
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery, business process automation, or transformation in mid-sized or PE-backed companies would be valuable
- A degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field is welcome, as is equivalent practical experience
- Git, pull requests, code reviews, automated tests and CI/CD
