Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and maintain global network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security
- Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with ITSM and change management processes
- Serve as an escalation point for network incidents, driving timely resolution of service disruptions and root cause analysis
- Partner with Engineering teams to operationalize new technologies and transition them into production support
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and knowledge articles
- Support major incidents, disaster recovery exercises, technology refreshes, and vulnerability remediation activities
- Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, operational efficiency, and automation
- Develop and leverage automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness
- Participate in on-call support rotations and provide support for critical incidents and maintenance activities as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-4 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure in an operations, support, or engineering capacity
- Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Cisco switching, routing, wireless, and data center networking technologies
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect, Prisma Access, SD-WAN, VPN, and network security operations
- Experience with SolarWinds, Splunk, SIEM, and network performance monitoring platforms
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, Python, Ansible, Terraform, APIs, and operational automation
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud networking services and connectivity
- Knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, root cause analysis, and service improvement
