About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Triaging inbound support cases
- Solving customer support cases

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years into their career field with solid technical skills in one or more areas of IT administration, operating systems, endpoint management, networking, security, IT operations, scripting, and/or programming
- Ability to master new concepts and technologies
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently work on problems and complete tasks with limited assistance
- Experience sharing responsibilities with others and working towards a common goal
- Good command of English language in speaking and writing
- Prior experience supporting customers (good to have)
- Previous exposure to Tanium (good to have)
- Familiarity with AI tools (good to have)
