About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and advise customers via phone, email, and chat

Requirements
What you’ll need- Permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina required for home office employment
- French proficiency at C2 level
- English skills at B2 level are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Good computer literacy
- Stable internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
- Antenna routers and 5G routers are strictly prohibited
