About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality ABA in-center as the primary setting, with supplemental remote work
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners
- Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
- Provide telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, and family support during remote days
Requirements
What you’ll need- BCBA certification (required)
- Utah LBA certification (required)
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Spanish fluency is a plus
