Key responsibilities & impact- Build and ship AI agentic features end to end, from written requirements through design, implementation, code review, and production
- Own straightforward projects with moderate guidance
- Design and build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL

- Contribute to agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and content pipelines

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3+ years of professional software development experience
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent debugging skills
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready, highly reliable systems
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Evidence of learning quickly, including something self-taught and shipped
- BA or BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
- Experience with backend performance optimization, monitoring, profiling, and tuning for scale (preferred)
- Experience building AI-powered product features, ideally agentic AI workflows (preferred)
- Experience with tool/API orchestration, LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, Claude Agent SDK, or AgentCore (preferred)
- Experience with Agentic UI, SSE/AG-UI streaming semantics, TypeScript, or React (preferred)
- Experience with Datadog, CloudWatch Log Insights, or Braintrust (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, vector databases, model serving, and LLM cost/latency optimization (preferred)
- Experience with testing, automation, and operational robustness (preferred)
- Prior experience with legal, compliance, or other regulated professional-domain products (preferred)
