About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Instruct undergraduate and/or graduate courses in accordance with University learning objectives and course outlines
- Deliver course content, learning activities, and student assessments using current course materials

Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or a PhD in Nursing, OR doctorate degree in any area and a Master’s degree in Nursing, OR Master’s degree in Nursing
- Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
- Must have 6 applicable credits, including areas such as Nursing Education, Nursing Leadership, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, and/or Physical Assessment
- Must have 5 years’ experience in a clinical nursing practice setting as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Nurse Educator
- Minimum of 2 years of current applicable experience within the last 5 years
- Active unencumbered or unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state the faculty works or resides, or a multistate RN license
- One record of scholarship annually within a rolling one-year timeframe
- Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory
- High level of problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft suite programs
- Able to convey a professional image and represent the University appropriately
