About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Present, promote, and sell the Up's/Fitpass collaboration to merchants
- Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with decision makers
- Develop creative solutions based on merchants’ needs and problems
- Cross-sell and upsell Fitpass to the Greek wellness market
- Fine-tune the Up/Fitpass experience by imagining, sharing, and implementing ideas
- Identify business development opportunities
- Provide an unrivaled merchant experience
- Approach and contractualize potential venues and gyms to join the Fitpass merchant network
- Join the Partners Sales Team and help grow the merchant network and build lasting partner relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of solid commercial experience in a B2B Sales role in the Services Sector
- Customer-oriented way of thinking with proven ability to respond quickly and efficiently
- Excellent working knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Ability to “open doors” and plan ahead
- Valid driving license is required
- Experience in the sports, fitness or wellness industry (nice-to-have)
- BSc in Business Administration (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, including Microsoft Dynamics (nice-to-have)
