Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of real world experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and system design
- Strong focus on performance optimization, security, observability, and modern engineering practices
- Experience implementing and managing cloud-based solutions with AWS
- Experience with GHA/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with TDD practices and JUnit-based unit testing
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools
- Mastery and real-world experience with multiple database platforms: RDBMS, Elasticsearch, and NoSQL
- Expertise with the AWS ecosystem
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across onshore and offshore teams
