Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of experience in data science and analytics
- Exposure to fintech (banking, lending, payments) is a plus but not required
- Ability to break down well-defined, well-scoped business questions into analytical problems
- Experience designing and interpreting standard A/B tests
- Basic familiarity with causal inference concepts, including PSM or DiD
- Solid communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
- Comfort working in a structured environment with senior-team support
- Familiarity with AI-native tools for day-to-day analyses, experiment readouts, and reporting
- BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, or a related field
