Director of Fiscal Transparency

• Implement the service strategy within the Greater Portland, Oregon market
• Drive operational and commercial business objectives by leading and coaching Field Engineers
• Partner with the Market Service Vice President, local commercial account community, and peer management staff
• Drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Serve as the point of contact for critical local customer service and support issues
• Develop strong internal and external relationships to improve customer outcomes, market and order visibility, market share, and profitability
• Act as the single point of contact for customers and resolve concerns across support services
• Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and equipment configurations

Service Director

• Lead and manage delivery of major technology initiatives for OHA and ODHS
• Direct and manage senior project managers, coordinators, and other project staff
• Assist the EDGE Senior IT Director and CIO with planning and directing statewide information systems administration, operations, and service delivery
• Work with OHA and ODHS Chief Operating Officers, Project Directors, and Program Leaders to establish strategic and tactical project approaches, staffing, and processes
• Collaborate with the State CIO’s office, State Procurement Office, Legislative Fiscal Office, State Data Center, and federal funding partners throughout project life cycles
• Participate in setting strategic technology direction for OHA and ODHS programmatic and administrative functions
• Create tactical plans and project plans and participate in statewide planning efforts
• Manage project managers and coordinators assigned to led projects
• Provide project management expertise, coaching, and best practices through the Enterprise PMO
• Ensure critical technology projects use standard, consistent methodologies
• Coordinate with EDGE leadership and the Enterprise PMO Manager to implement OIS programs, policies, and procedures
• Represent OIS in governance committees, steering committees, and other decision-making bodies

IT Project Delivery Director

• Provide strategic and operational insights to senior leadership to drive key initiatives and growth plans in the market
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy partners to align with broader organizational initiatives
• Gather information and initiate action plans on topics, issues and projects impacting operations and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives
• Coordinate with leadership team members to update projects and initiatives at leadership team meetings
• Act as the President’s liaison to market teams and corporate departments
• Represent the President’s plans and actions
• Identify impacts, risks and interdependencies and support development and monitoring of actions and integration activities

Director – Health Plan Programs and Initiatives

• Own facilities-related issues from intake through resolution
• Diagnose building and systems issues and translate symptoms into vendor-ready scopes of work
• Coordinate troubleshooting across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, security, and other systems
• Ensure facilities, life-safety, and security systems are operational, compliant, and maintained
• Plan and manage repairs, upgrades, space changes, and lifecycle replacement projects
• Develop scopes, timelines, cost estimates, and sequencing for facilities work
• Coordinate work to minimize disruption to content production and 24/7 operations
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups through completion
• Maintain documentation, drawings, service records, and institutional knowledge
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Oversee contracted security services through the Contract Security Manager
• Review work quality and approve completion
• Support procurement, contract administration, and invoice review

Facilities Director

• Perform construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, and project controls and contract administration support on live projects
• Perform damages quantification, including loss of productivity, prolongation costs, additional work, and contract assessments
• Contribute to expert report preparation
• Conduct advanced data research
• Manage client relations
• Prepare and deliver presentations communicating results
• Support management and/or control of construction projects, preferably in infrastructure and energy sectors

• Lead daily operations for General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Allergy services
• Provide operational leadership across surgical care delivery, including patient flow, scheduling, capacity management, provider templates, pre-operative workflows, post-referral coordination, and coordination with ancillary and procedural partners
• Oversee performance monitoring, process improvement, and implementation of best practices to improve quality, safety, patient experience, access, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Partner with physician leaders, clinicians, administrative teams, Primary Care, Specialty Care, ancillary departments, and regional operations to align service line priorities and remove barriers to care delivery
• Develop and track operational benchmarks, dashboards, and reporting tools covering appointment supply and demand, surgical referral trends, backlog, utilization, staffing needs, and key performance indicators
• Prepare recurring analyses, business cases, and internalization studies related to surgical access, procedural growth, staffing models, care transitions, cost drivers, service expansion, and resource allocation
• Lead complex change initiatives, including workflow redesign, care model changes, access improvement work, technology implementation, and cross-functional process standardization
• Manage departmental budgeting, financial monitoring, and prioritization of internal and external cost drivers
• Develop processes to ensure accurate financial capture, appropriate resource utilization, and sustainable operational performance
• Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, staff, and operational partners to foster accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and high-quality, equitable care
