Key responsibilities & impact- Report directly to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Program Manager
- Manage Zendesk incoming and outgoing communications for the CMMI team and escalate tickets as needed
- Build solutions in Monday.com for CMMI process and operations needs
- Use Medicare reports from 4i to generate actionable reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Use reports, calendars, Tableau, Snowflake and internal tools to build internal and external meeting decks
- Draft and maintain the Aledade LEAD newsletter and distribution list
- Manage the Beneficiary Zoom Voicemail, answering and logging beneficiary questions in Monday.com
- Schedule CMMI program deadlines in Monday.com based on the CMS programs calendar
- Maintain CMMI Google Drive folders and access organization
- Advise on CMMI process development, needs and gaps
- Provide recommendations for ambiguous problems aligned with program goals
- Contribute to interdepartmental projects, Field Team trainings, Project Turnkey support and coordination
- Communicate operational status, progress and roadblocks to stakeholders
- Develop implementation plans, communications and rollout of approved BE/BEIs (Telehealth)
- Provide CMMI meeting insights regarding newsletters, report and fund release timing, program changes and deadlines
- Serve as a resource to the PTS team for practice needs tied to CMMI operations
- Drive continuous improvement and successful scaling of CMMI LEAD and REACH models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of progressive healthcare experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Experience in data analytics using Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel as needed to Aledade’s headquarters and other offsite meetings (less than 10% across the year anticipated)
- Knowledge of CMS VBC programs
- Can effectively adapt communication style based on audience needs
- Frequently and effectively collaborates cross functionally
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Snowflake experience
- Tableau experience
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate new ideas into action while collaborating across multiple, dynamic, projects and teams
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Extensive use of computers and keyboard
- Occasional walking and lifting may be required
