About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate basic and occasionally moderately complex auto insurance claims
Handle non-represented claims
Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in LA, TX, AR, FL, GA, AL, or MS at the time of hire
2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Critical-thinking and decision-making skills
Comfortable using technology and learning claims-related software and tools
Adjuster licenses required for the role must be obtained within 60 days of hire
Must maintain all required licenses, continuing education, and state-affiliated renewal requirements
Dedicated private workspace in the residence, free from distractions
Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
Appropriate work surface and seating
Must submit to a background investigation
