About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process operational transactions according to Service Level Agreements and performance standards
  • Support master data management and daily FSSC operations
  • Maintain customer, vendor, and material master data in ERP systems
  • Create, modify, and maintain master data according to procedures and SLA requirements
  • Communicate with local entities to solve problems and support daily operations
  • Assist with bank reconciliation, month-end closing, and other finance activities
  • Support ERP maintenance, testing, and data cleansing
  • Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs
  • Support administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Provide service to internal and external clients
  • Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives
  • Perform tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Fresh graduates or 0-2 years of relevant working experience are welcome
  • Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Good communication and English skills
