Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver network and security global services as an IT Infrastructure Engineer
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external strategic partners to improve the efficiency and quality of network and security infrastructure
- Suggest service improvements within the portfolio
- Work as part of the GSSC Global Operation Center, the control center for infrastructure services
- Monitor infrastructure services and interface with customers regarding changes, requests, and incidents in a 24/7 shift-work environment
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to global network and security services
- Address customer inquiries and assist with service deployment and configuration
- Deliver, maintain, and improve high-quality and efficient network infrastructure
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem handling
- Report to the Network & Security Manager – Global Operation Center
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical background in IT assistance
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex enterprise networking and security environments
- Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, network security, and remote access solutions
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Cloudflare Zero Reliance, Ivanti/Pulse Secure, and VMware SD-WAN (Velocloud)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and Zero Reliance principles
- Experience assisting wireless networks and DNS/DHCP/IPAM services, such as Infoblox
- Experience with network policy management platforms such as AlgoSec
- Experience using network monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders in a customer-focused environment
- Good command of spoken and written English, including professional IT technical terminology
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant networking and security certifications are nice to have, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in a multinational organization is nice to have
- Knowledge of Zero Reliance architectures, network segmentation, secure remote access, and modern network security best practices is nice to have
- Experience with network monitoring, observability, and log analysis platforms, including SolarWinds and Splunk, is nice to have
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational and relationship-building skills are nice to have
