Key responsibilities & impact- Provide program support services for AT&T services and products provided under EIS that support voice and security programs
- Support customer lifecycle phases including service ordering, implementation, issue resolution, inventory management, and billing reconciliation
- Coordinate between EOUSA IT Staff, Security Program/Project Managers, and United States Attorney’s Offices
- Consult EOUSA and USAO staff to gather information required to process EIS orders
- Enter AT&T EIS voice and security orders
- Coordinate with EOUSA and USAOs on implementation requirements
- Resolve order and implementation issues with EOUSA Program and Project Managers
- Track orders through completion, testing/acceptance, and closure
- Track and report service-impacting issues
- Maintain accurate inventory of EIS/AT&T voice and security services
- Audit EIS AT&T invoices for voice and security services
- Maintain expenditure reporting by service type
- Resolve invoice issues with AT&T and EOUSA program/project management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to obtain EOUSA Public Trust
- PMP or equivalent project management experience
- 8 years experience supporting Federal Government customers
- Desired: Existing clearance or Public Trust
- Desired: 5+ years previous experience supporting DOJ
