Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end Centric Planning implementation projects
- Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resource planning
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, project sponsors and key stakeholders
- Lead project governance, steering committee meetings and executive status reviews
- Coordinate delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical architects and developers
- Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain delivery quality while meeting customer expectations and commercial targets
- Drive adoption of Project Management Office standards, governance and best practices
- Partner with Product, Customer Success and Global Delivery to improve implementation methodologies
- Support pre-sales with implementation strategies, project estimates and delivery approaches
- Mentor junior project managers and strengthen delivery capability across the Planning practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
- Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ability to stay organized in complex environments, lead cross-functional teams and balance customer success with commercial outcomes
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations
- Experience in retail planning, merchandise planning, supply chain or retail technology would be an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent certification would be an advantage
