About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare client pitch materials, fixed/floating capital structure analysis, currency exposures, and economic and market updates
- Model, execute, book, and process trades
- Provide interest rate and currency risk management advice to clients alongside senior marketers
- Develop understanding of FX forwards, options, cross-currency swaps, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, and related products
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Wholesale Credit, Risk, and Global Markets Trading partners
- Price and execute client transactions across global regions and industries
- Work closely with trading and Relationship Managers in GCIB and GCB
- Update and inform clients on relevant global markets news and activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA required; concentration in finance or related degree preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with market data sources
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, market-driven environment and balance priorities
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and desire to learn and strengthen individual skill set
- Previous experience in Markets and/or Finance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and ability to be a critical thinker
