About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients, customers, guests, and coworkers
- Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and timely
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Perform additional team tasks as assigned by management, including delivery-associate tasks when needed
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move throughout the workday and work in confined spaces
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to ascend/descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for flexible hours and after-hours work based on business needs
