About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their cannabis purchasing journey
- Educate customers about cannabis products, benefits, and potential side effects
- Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and product knowledge
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
- Prepare and process patient orders promptly and efficiently
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
- Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with product or device issues
- Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
- Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
- Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe as online support
- Perform delivery associate responsibilities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 in CT, PA and WV
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
- Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
- Conversational English proficiency
- Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices
- Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and perform required physical tasks
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or position objects up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
