About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide shipping and receiving support for the department
- Purchase maintenance parts and supplies
- Order stock and non-stock items
- Process routine forms, reports, and documents in accordance with policy
- Communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and higher authority
- Ship and receive all supplies and parts
- Distribute parts and packages to appropriate people or departments
- Maintain cleanliness of the parts department, storage bins, and lockers
- Maintain purchase order and inventory records
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must pass required federal/state/local government, airport, or company background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests

- High school diploma or equivalent required
