Key responsibilities & impact- Perform complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends
- Improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions
- Apply knowledge of multiple business and technical topics
- Independently drive strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives
- Work with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations, including Risk and Product teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in forecasting, data analytics, statistical work, reporting or quantitative research
- Programming skills in SQL, SAS, and Python
- Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Collections, Credit, Risk, or Financial Operations with a demonstrated track record of generating and communicating performance-improving insights
- Strong business and financial acumen, including Consumer experience in Card, Auto, or Home Loans
- Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex subjects
- Experience in data science and analysis, with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to organize and work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to adjust to technical and executive audiences
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline is desired
- Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills demonstrated through banking experience in forecasting, analytics, and operations
- Ability to proactively lead
- Strong leadership or project management experience
- Track record of driving change and advancing the status quo through strategic thinking
