Key responsibilities & impact- Own the operating cadence for priority accounts, including daily hot-account check-ins, weekly leadership reviews and account-list management
- Establish clear ownership, cadences and SLAs across FDE, solutions architecture, Sales, Product, engineering, capacity and on-call teams
- Manage account transitions with exit criteria and runbooks
- Track and reduce non-P0 escalations to engineering teams
- Feed customer patterns and gaps into the product roadmap
- Coordinate dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations and large customer launches
- Track engineering toil and remove obstacles to protect FDE platform-development time
- Build and report metrics on account health, response times, toil, engineer load and team health
- Drive new-hire enablement, certification, account-load balancing and runbook coverage
- Partner with Recruiting on hiring operations
- Manage cross-team risks and dependencies, mitigation and leadership updates
- Translate between technical teams and senior leadership; run program reviews and write concise status updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs
- Comfortable with ML Infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems
- Experience with LLM inference is a strong plus
- Experience running programs across many teams without formal authority
- Ability to bring structure to escalations and close the loop
- Clear and concise writing for engineers and executives
- High ownership and process-improvement mindset
- Experience working on AI / ML Infra stack is a nice-to-have
- Background in solutions engineering, SRE or forward-deployed teams is a nice-to-have
