Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Software teams, and leadership on critical DGX Cloud programs
- Drive AI capacity enablement and management programs
- Develop and mature foundational DGX Cloud capabilities and processes
- Manage cluster and capacity bring-up, including CPU, storage, networking, and GPU compute requirements
- Collaborate with storage and network engineering teams to define workload requirements and infrastructure readiness for CSPs and NCPs
- Drive alignment on plans of record for capacity blocks
- Engage CSPs and NCPs to understand managed storage and network solutions and align them with NVIDIA Cloud roadmaps
- Gather technical requirements, develop roadmaps, establish milestones, and ensure adherence to the Product Lifecycle process
- Manage capacity operations and engineering engagement with CSP and NCP partners
- Collaborate with engineering leads on availability, maintenance, and performance indicators
- Use Jira and other program management platforms to manage engineering deliverables
- Drive onboarding of third-party and in-house cloud infrastructure solutions across deployments, support, security, compliance, and observability
- Establish KPIs to demonstrate program value and impact
- Identify, resolve, and mitigate risks affecting scope, schedule, and quality
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in cloud infrastructure operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience driving planning and execution of large-scale cloud infrastructure programs with external partners
- Strong focus on software engineering projects within a matrixed organization
- Extensive hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, preferably from a major Cloud Service Provider
- Domain knowledge of bring-up and end-to-end operations of compute, storage, and GPU infrastructure, including common hardware and software failure points
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools
- Ability to guide engineering teams in use of program management tools
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities
- Ability to build consensus and drive program success
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, particularly for executive audiences
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of NVIDIA GPU products, including deployment and bring-up
- Familiarity with cloud-native products and services environments
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, API integration, Terraform, and related tooling
- Familiarity with AI and ML infrastructure
- Experience with productivity tools and process automation
- Ability to identify and drive process improvements
