Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the program implementation approach and roadmap based on the program vision
- Serve as Frost’s primary business liaison for Planview and related managed-services partners
- Plan and develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timing
- Lead platform governance activities, including intake, prioritization, release planning, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
- Improve portfolio management, planning, capacity management, reporting, and governance processes supported by Planview
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies and maintain a RAID log
- Oversee program status reporting to senior leaders
- Prioritize and resolve high-priority issues requiring escalation across project workstreams
- Evaluate opportunities to optimize or expand Planview capabilities
- Apply project and program management methodologies to drive organizational readiness, communications, training, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Develop and use assessment tools to improve stakeholder satisfaction and program quality
- Act using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years in an advanced technical project management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Experience using, administering, enhancing, or integrating with Planview tools, particularly Portfolios
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management disciplines
- Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications (MS Project)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant field
- Preferred: Experience managing projects in predictive/waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies
- Preferred: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma certifications
- Preferred: Experience supporting portfolio management, strategic planning, capacity planning, governance, or related business processes
- Preferred: Experience managing enterprise platforms, technology programs, or managed-services relationships
- Preferred: Senior-level policy, strategic, and operational advice and recommendations experience
- Preferred: Stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, change management, and adoption experience on complex and high-profile issues
- Preferred: Knowledge of software engineering disciplines
