Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Experience with list-based marketing strategy, such as direct mail and email
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions
- Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience in consumer lending is nice to have
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or DALL·E is nice to have
