Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deploy AI/ML tools to optimize design-to-cost reporting and improve cost forecast models
- Support executive presentations and strategic memos, including analytical models for recommendations
- Maintain the next-generation New Glenn booster upgrades roadmap with schedule, cost, and mass status
- Transform manual processes into automated, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Champion GS1 strategic memos that improve the New Glenn business case
- Manage and mentor partner development teams by providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and analysts to derive insights and drive data-driven decisions
- Manage and improve the design-to-cost dashboard
- Investigate emerging bottlenecks in the design-to-production value stream
- Partner with senior New Glenn leadership and users to prioritize needs and deploy tools and strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or certification in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, management consulting, finance, or related scope
- Proficient with SQL, Python, and Power Query
- Familiarity with VBA is a plus
- Prior experience analyzing large data sets and tracking hardware throughout all stages of a part's lifecycle is a plus
- Experience integrating AI solutions into large-scale software systems and infrastructure
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident/current Green Card holder, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Required to complete Blue’s Standard Background Check
