Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of solution owners/product managers to enable and deliver technical solutions and enhancements
- Partner with Indirect Supply Chain leadership to understand business-process changes and how technology, data, and AI solutions impact or enable them
- Influence and coordinate resources from company and partner stakeholders for new implementations, improvements, and enhancements
- Maintain awareness of procurement industry trends and refine the technology roadmap
- Articulate solution-delivery value in terms of business outcomes
- Manage a business plan according to value and cost goals
- Consult on end-to-end procurement process design and enablement through intuitive technology and systems
- Evolve technology, data, and AI architecture and experiences
- Establish stakeholder-management maps and engagement plans
- Map business capabilities to technical and data solutions
- Document business value and outcomes
- Build a capable team with technical, data, user experience, project management, change management, business acumen, and executive messaging skills

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Program Management including cost, schedule and technical management
- 10+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 5+ years leading teams
- 5+ years of experience leading/supporting data analytics, development of new tools and/or information technology
- 5+ years of experience creating and documenting software architecture and designs
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically
- Education or certifications in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise level technology
- Experience working with large, complex organizations; aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries a plus
- Experience with consulting firms or leading enterprise procurement, workplace, and facilities transformations
- Experience leading projects for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial systems data
- Experience in supplier/external stakeholder engagement for procurement or supply chain
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements; a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required
