Key responsibilities & impact- Own program and project delivery across ML, Systems/MLOps, Platform, and Solutions teams from planning and scoping through execution, launch, and retrospective
- Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and risks
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product, Solutions Engineering, QA, and Customer Success
- Run agile and project processes including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Establish and improve PMO processes, standards, and tooling such as Jira workflows, reporting, intake, and prioritization frameworks
- Manage risks, blockers, and escalations and drive issues to resolution
- Provide data-driven status reporting to engineering leadership, executives, and enterprise customers where appropriate
- Coordinate enterprise customer deployments and delivery milestones
- Support post-incident reviews, action-item tracking, and continuous improvement
- Champion accountability, clarity, and execution excellence across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of technical project/program management experience, including delivering complex software or ML/AI products
- Proven track record managing cross-functional technical programs with engineering teams (software, infrastructure, and/or ML)
- Willing to travel 10%
- Strong command of project management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
- Strong technical fluency discussing software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and ML/data workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and risk-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure and predictability to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; Buzz Solutions does not provide visa sponsorship
