About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project management for ongoing digital experience optimization work
- Identify action items, guide project execution across teams, and assign and manage tasks
- Support quarterly roadmap development and present roadmaps to Team Leads and Key Stakeholders
- Collect stakeholder guiding philosophy and feedback and communicate progress against key metrics
- Translate quarterly roadmaps into sequenced, executable project plans across research, journey mapping, optimization, test launches, and refresh cadences
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Growth Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Customer Success, Creative, Strategy, and Product/Dev
- Route net-new feature or capability needs to the Product team
- Track and report project progress against key metrics and flag risks and blockers
- Partner with CRM on high-impact communication and testing initiatives
- Develop and maintain scalable, repeatable process documentation
- Build working relationships across UX, Analytics, Product/Tech, Marketing, and Merchandising
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in digital project management, UX operations, digital product management, or a closely related field
- Strong working knowledge of UX practice and process
- Comfort with A/B testing and experimentation basics
- Experience working with data-driven teams
- Working proficiency with web and app development processes
- Experience running project execution across multiple stakeholder groups with competing timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills, including translating between business, design, and technical audiences
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, or subscription businesses is a plus
