Key responsibilities & impact- Design, script, and execute load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking tests across UI, API, and backend layers
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans and automation documentation
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case generation and optimize performance scripts

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, or master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Solution Testing, or Test Automation
- Programming experience in Python or Java
- UI/API automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, or REST Assured
- Experience in enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, L2/L3, routing, and switching
- Experience with integrated solution testing
- Experience with Linux/Unix, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Splunk, and CI/CD automation
- Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or no-code testing preferred
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking experience and Wireshark expertise preferred
- Experience with Cisco products and enterprise platforms preferred
- Experience with device configurations, telemetry, data pipelines, and end-to-end customer workflows preferred
- Experience testing complex end-to-end customer and network workflows preferred
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and experience driving test strategy and release quality preferred
