Key responsibilities & impact- Build contextual, responsive, and human-like chatbots, copilots, and virtual assistants
- Design A2A multi-agent architectures for collaboration, task delegation, and autonomous problem-solving
- Develop advanced Prompt Engineering workflows and RAG pipelines
- Use Vertex AI, Gemini, and other tools and models from the Google ecosystem
- Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and other systems through tool calling
- Establish conversational quality metrics and continuously refine model intelligence
- Monitor agent health, inference performance, and scalability in production
- Ensure high availability and architectural efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed
- Exceptional proficiency in Python, with a focus on object-oriented and asynchronous development
- Extensive experience building and maintaining robust APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Practical, advanced experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Langflow
- Experience consuming Google AI APIs, especially the Gemini family and Vertex AI platform
- Solid understanding of autonomous agent reasoning cycles (ReAct, Plan-and-Solve) and A2A workflows
- Experience implementing and optimizing vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or pgvector
- Practical experience with observability, log management, and production metrics using Grafana
- Experience orchestrating environments and containers with Rancher
- Nice to have: knowledge of Ragas, TruLens, LangSmith, Model Context Protocol (MCP), persistent memory, context management, latency optimization, and token usage optimization
