Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 to Dynamics 365 Business Central migration project for Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing LLC
- Manage day-to-day project execution across all phases
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and reporting
- Coordinate workstreams, stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT resources, and the System Integrator
- Maintain project governance processes, RAID logs, decision logs, status reporting, and escalation management
- Coordinate Steering Committee, Core Team, and Process Owner activities
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and vendor performance
- Coordinate testing cycles, cutover planning, go-live preparation, and hypercare activities
- Monitor readiness of resources, training, data migration activities, integrations, and business sign-offs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years project management, program management, business transformation, or ERP implementation experience
- Experience leading cross-functional business and IT initiatives
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing vendors and implementation partners
- Occasional travel required
- An attached resume is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled workplace tools and technologies
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check
- May be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
