Key responsibilities & impact- Provide implementation project leadership and lead teams through complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Support larger projects under the supervision of a Senior Program Manager
- Manage service delivery, including scope, resources, and timelines
- Collaborate with customers to identify, communicate, and manage engagement risks
- Manage engagements within performance targets for customer satisfaction and profitability
- Analyze project forecasts, timelines, budgets, reports, and metrics to ensure deliverables
- Facilitate contingency planning, project risk assessment, and decision-making activities
- Present issues, recommendations, and project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Present to a variety of audiences and settings
- Support selected sales activities and presentations as a subject matter expert
- Manage implementation projects and overall customer experience across Vascular Access, Respiratory, Solutions, Consumables, and Oncology franchises
Requirements
What you’ll need- Self-motivated and skilled at working independently
- Project Management experience, including cross-functional collaboration, budget management, project scheduling/timeline management, and resource planning
- Strong comprehension and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to all levels of management
- Experience planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously and identifying project interdependencies and integrating project plans
- Registered Nurse with current licensure
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma and equivalent combination of college education and experience
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Project Management experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred
- PMP certification a plus
- At least 18 years of age
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to client facilities, including Sexual Offender Registry Check
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 6–8 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, or kneeling
- Ability to maintain stamina and physical agility
- Ability to use hands and arms for handling, grasping, and fine motor tasks
- Ability to work in environments requiring movement between indoor and outdoor settings
