About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for ATMs, retail equipment, and other equipment within an assigned customer or product area.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis.
- Perform component-level hardware repairs.
- Clean and adjust mechanical components.
- Configure and install applicable software.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks according to documented procedures.
- Refill consumables as directed.
- Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products.
- Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Receive incident briefings and orders from dispatch.
- Update dispatch on unforeseen issues and provide detailed briefings on completed activities.
- Inform customers about service status, progress, and outcomes.
- Identify technical or process problems and recommend improvements.
- Use corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and information gathering.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
