About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure completeness and accuracy of the fixed asset sub-ledger, including timely capitalization and asset retirements
Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, depreciation and amortization postings, and variance explanations
Support compliance of fixed asset schedules with US GAAP and local GAAP (i-GAAP) requirements
Perform Record-to-Report activities such as accruals, amortization, and balance sheet substantiation
Prepare qualitative variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and balance sheet movements related to fixed assets
Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Ensure adherence to SOX controls, internal policies, and statutory guidelines, maintaining proper documentation
Coordinate with global finance teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and support reviews
Use Oracle / Oracle Fusion ERP systems for transaction processing, accounting, and reporting

Requirements
