Key responsibilities & impact- Own the design of the entire product ecosystem
- Design the user interface and experience of the patient mobile app and web-based clinical/admin portal
- Lead design from research and user flows through clearly specified, development-ready designs
- Conduct regular review and feedback cycles aligned with sprint and roadmap priorities
- Design, iterate, and maintain features for iOS/Android mobile apps and web dashboards
- Build and manage a scalable design system in partnership with Engineering
- Ensure products meet accessibility standards
- Work with Engineering and Product to define requirements, navigate technical constraints, and ship high-quality features
- Maintain visual identity across products
- Support occasional wider design needs such as assets or decks
- Participate in portfolio deep-dive/design task presentation and onsite team meetings during the application process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience shipping functional digital products (mobile and web)
- Experience working in a high-growth startup
- Highly capable across UX and UI
- Confidence in building solutions balancing business and customer needs
- Ability to account for broader system impacts and different user types
- Ability to balance design quality with startup speed
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and interactive prototyping with good file hygiene
- Ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare or managing sensitive user data
